Ce mémoire étudie l'influence du traitement ostéopathique crânien sur l'infertilité inexpliquée d'origine centrale chez des patientes nullipares entre 28 et 43 ans. L'étude clinique a été réalisée sur neuf patientes recrutées sur le motif d'infertilité inexpliquée. Tous les examens médicaux du couple doivent être strictement normaux. La méthode de la courbe de température permet de déterminer l'origine centrale de l'infertilité. L'analyse des résultats a montré que toutes les patientes qui ont participé à l'étude avaient des dysfonctions crâniennes similaires notamment au niveau de la symphyse sphéno-basilaire, des membranes de tensions réciproques, des os de la voûte et de la base du crâne. Ces résultats ne sont pas exploitables du fait du peu de patientes à notre disposition pour cette recherche. Cependant, ils sont encourageants pour poursuivre et approfondir cette pré-étude, cela apporterait d'autres solutions aux patientes souffrants d'infertilité inexpliquée
This memo studies the influence of the treatment cranial ostéopathique on the unexplained infertility of central origin at nullipares patients between 28 and 43 years. The clinical study was accomplished on nine patients recruited on the motive of unexplained infetility. All medical examinations of the couple must be strictly normal. The method of the temperature chart allows to determine the central origin of the infertility. The analysis of results showed that all patients who participated in study had similar cranial dysfonctions notably at the level of the sphéno-basilar symphysis, at the membranes of reciprocal tensions, at the bones of the arch and at the foundation of the skull. These results are not exploitable due to few patients at our disposition for this research. However, they are encouraging to follow and deepen this pre-study, it would bring other resolutions to the patients suffering of unexplained infertility. |
